Brent Balfanz has a small closed school in which
he teaches TKD using Chang Hun and Bungai.

Starting with what we call the "wedging block, kick, punch/punch" series.

This is used against a double lapel grab. The wedging block allows us to get inside of the grab. We settle our hands onto the aggressors upper arms, dig in with the fingers to their arm yang points there and drop our weight. This usually exposes a knee to a quick sp10 or 11 kick while we use the punch as a pull/push to off balance them further - throwing them to the ground. We have played around with kneeing them and kicking different areas of the knee as well. lots of targets of opportunity to be found.
