Throw from Dan Gun Hyun of the Chang Hun Hyun (no sine wave).

Using the starting moves of the knife hand guarding block. Against right hand jab/stepping in punch.

As you step left into the above, bring your left hand to your right shoulder, parrying the punch.

At the same time raise your right up and grab, returning it to around your chest or your hip.

Left hand then traverses down their arm into their throat. Here comes the throw.

As you step forward for the 'punch', rake the left hand back, this will cause their arm to bend, punch your right hand forward over their right shoulder and grab the right hand as you do so with your left. Keep the punch going down towards the ground. You have just performed what is know as the four corner throw (Shionage in Jap.). Wrecking their throat or hitting to stomach points on the neck, hitting points on their arm, dislocating the shoulder with the throw and smashing their body into the hard, hard ground.
