Starting in guard position, tie up your opponent, limiting his ability
to strike.
2.
Underhook his arm & secure it to your chest.
3.
Pivot your hips outwards, under his trapped arm. Push his head away
& raise your leg.
4.
Hook your leg over his head. Raise your hips by lfting with your other
foot on his hip.
5.
Pivot your hips & roll him over onto the floor. Make sure to force
his head into the ground with your leg, whilst bending his elbow against
the joint. If the lock is not working, make sure the wrist is upwards
& that you pull his hand towards your chin.
