Meirion Davies is a 1st Dan in Ao Denkou Jutsu.

The moves are when you are coming 'back down' after the four knife hand blocks (Check http://ctr.usf.edu/shotokan/kata.html to view the MPEG) The moves are:

(left foot forward) Reverse inside block
Right snap kick (step down)
Reverse punch
Reverse inside block (no step)
Left snap kick (step down)
Reverse punch

The drill begins with:

  1. A attempts to grab both of B's lapels.
  2. B raises both hands to come on the inside of A's arms seperating them with the knife edge of his hands.
  3. B steps back with his right leg and with his right hand grabs A's right wrist, rotating it so as to bend A's body over in a wrist lock with the arm straight (mimicking the first reverse inside block).
  4. Right snap kick to a target of opportunity (stomach). Maintain the lock.
  5. Step down and punch a target of opportunity (rib, armpit). Maintain the lock.
  6. Change hands with the lock mimicking the second reverse inside block placing A in kote-gishi.
  7. Left snap kick a target of opportunity (groin, far knee joint).
  8. Step down to punch.
  9. A blocks the punch, and becomes B in step 3.
