Exeter Practical Martial Arts™ will be holding the first Little Lions Grading on 30-09-08.
Students will be tested on the following;
Definition of a Bully
Definition of a Stranger
Stranger Mantra
Defence Stance - Stationary and Moving
Palm Heels
Front Kick
Left, Right and Back breakfalls.
The Star Student Award will be given to the student who shows the greatest improvement, ability and knowledge.
