A great opening session to some really useful training sessions to come.

I’ve been training with Matt for some 5+ years now, but am still learning from him every time I train under his instruction.

There is a really good variation of reactional self defence, mixed with situational awareness, the personal protection aspects of the class were all new to me too. I am really glad its part of the club’s ongoing syllabus.
